I love cute summer sandals, but comfortable summer sandals are a must! Thankfully, I’m always able to find both cute and comfortable shoes most seasons. However, I’ve become much pickier about what I buy. And I don’t mind spending a little bit more for good shoes. So, quality over quantity is the goal in my shoe closet. As a result, the majority of my shoes are much more neutral in color and classic in style than what they used to be. I want to get as much wear as possible out of my investments.

This is not to say that I don’t scour the internet for good sales or deals, especially on the higher price point comfort brands I love! Plus, I’ve even found some cute and comfortable shoes for less at places like Amazon recently. All of the sandals below are in great brands that are usually comfortable to me right out of the box. Plus, they on sale right now!
The first pair I’ve been wearing since last summer. These Kinsley Espadrilles from TOMS disappeared from the retailer I originally bought them. However, they are back in stock in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.

I don’t typically walk in high heels anymore – it has to be for a very formal/special event. And even then, I certainly don’t want anything too high! These casual wedges have a lower 2 1/2-inch heel making it easy to walk in these. They are great for longer bootcut and wide leg jeans. They also can be worn with dresses, skirts, even shorts.
The footbed is nice and soft. The straps are comfortable. And the jut wrap is a very soft material that does not rub your toes! These sandals also come in a natural cream color that you can wear spring and summer. I like the black that you can wear spring thru fall. They also are less expensive than the cream color at Nordstrom.
Next, I recently ordered these Bay Slide Sandals by Sam Edelman. This classic shoe has been around for years. They come in different colors and variations every summer – here are more options.
I like this white/natural color combo for summer. The white/natural is about sold out at Nordstrom, but I found this color combination at Belk fully stocked!

These Bay Slides do run a tad narrow on my wider foot. I’m actually trying to decide whether to go up 1/2 size. So, you if you have a very wide foot or in between sizes, you may want to go up a size too.
Finally, I’m so glad I ordered this Elsa Slide Sandal from SOFFT. These sandals are very comfortable and really cute! Plus, I actually ordered them in blue!

The blue and black colors are the ones on sale right now. I have more soft blue in my closet this year, and I like this color with jeans and jean shorts. I debated getting one of the other neutral offerings not on sale, and they would have been worth the money for the comfort. Yet, I’ve collected quite a few pairs of neutral sandals in my closet. So, I decided to go with this color and think I can wear them with lots of outfits I presently have.
Dressed in Faith
Negativity feeds negativity. Positivity feeds positivity. Look for the bad, and you will find it. Look for good, and you will find it. Let’s renew our minds, choose to focus on what is good, and be thankful.
Since then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
