Today, I have some Thanksgiving Day outfits for your upcoming gatherings. I may have an unpopular opinion here, so please don’t come after me. But I am not a huge fan of Thanksgiving Day. Maybe, it’s because I don’t enjoy cooking as much anymore?! I’m usually already thinking ahead to Christmas which is my favorite holiday.
So, that would explain why I shared my post on What to Wear to a Holiday Party before sharing this one – ha-ha. Anyway, I have three different Thanksgiving Day outfits to share I think you’ll love. Can you guess which one I might be wearing?

Dress in: Chico’s Pink Studded Sweater or Fair Isle Sweater | Jeans | Boots | Earrings | Bag
This first outfit is a comfortable yet put together look to wear if meeting up with family or friends. I picked two sweater options from Chico’s for this look – this pink one and this fair Isle sweater. My pictures here do not do them justice. You can get a better look by clicking over to Chico’s website.

Dress in: Loft Metallic Patterned Dress | Bag | Shoes | Earrings | Necklace Here or Here
I included this pretty dress in my what to wear to a holiday party post. However, I think you could certainly wear it for Thanksgiving Day and beyond. Black boots keep the look more casual than formal.

Dress in: Loft Sweatshirt | Loft Sweatpants | Birks or Dearfoam Clogs | Barefoot Dreams Socks
This last look is for those of us who will be totally lounging around the house. And if you guessed that I would be wearing something like this, then you are right! This Loft sweatshirt is a favorite – so soft. I wear it in black with jeans most of the time.
We will be spending Thanksgiving with our adult sons, but it’s always very low key. We spend it resting, maybe playing board games, watching the game, or movies. And of course, eating! What does your traditional Thanksgiving Day look like?
Dressed in Faith
Are you trying to be perfect and falling short? Are you struggling to forgive yourself for past mistakes? Then don’t, because God forgives you freely! It’s not about what we do but our faith in what His Son did for us on the cross.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
I am glad to know I am not alone…I don’t like Thanksgiving!! I don’t like all that heavy food or all the work to prepare it. Plus, I think we should be thankful every day!
I totally agree!
