Feather Ankle Jeans – 2 Ways

Hi ladies! Today, I’m so excited to share these feather ankle jeans – 2 ways. In other words, I have two different looks with them. Both of these looks are great casual outfits for work. And any of these pieces can be worn separately with so many other things.

I got these NYDJ ankle jeans in the color feather which is why I named this post the way I did. They are so good too! They come in lots of other color choices such as a white, black, and a gorgeous light blue. Besides petite sizes, you can also get them in regular and plus sizes.

I was looking for a different pair of pants for spring and summer in a neutral color that I could swap out with my usual white jeans. These jeans are just what I wanted. I’m wearing my normal petite size in these comfortable, stretchy jeans. I originally sized down as suggested for NYDJ jeans. Yet, I found with this style that a size smaller was just too tight for me. So, I reordered these in my normal size.

These neutral jeans will go great with most any spring or summer top and sandals. I will probably wear them the most to church in the warmer months and anywhere I need to dress up a little bit.

I styled these jeans with two Ann Taylor blouses today. This black draped blouse goes with anything, and the flowy sleeves are really pretty. The fabric is really light-weight, and it’s perfect if you want something covering your arms.

It does have button clasp at the neckline. However, I like wearing it open to get that flattering V-neckline.

Next, I swapped out the black draped blouse with this white wrap top. It’ is such a flattering top if you carry weight in your tummy like I do. I love that this has a hidden clasp to keep the wrap neckline from falling open. I don’t know why so many wrap blouses don’t have one!

You could wear this blouse under a blazer or sweater for work or alone with jeans for a casual look. It’s a great closet staple.

I also want to mention my gold initial necklace. The chain is fully adjustable, and this pretty necklace is comfortable to wear. It’s a great size on its own, or you could layer it with another necklace.
