Fall Finds + Labor Day Weekend Sales

Well, we are already approaching another Labor Day Weekend. I think how is that even possible. This year has been long and short at the same time. It’s just been a little over a year since my mom passed away. It seems hard to believe – like it’s all been a bad dream. I don’t like that I count the years now by how long ago it was.

My dad and I spent some time together last weekend which was good. It’s all a reminder to treasure the time you have with your loved ones.

Today, I decided to post on some sales going on this weekend plus some great fall finds from this year and last year. I usually start making the transition to fall clothes once Labor Day passes. If it’s warm and I’m just at home, I will definitely still be wearing my shorts! If I’m dressing up more, I will start wearing some darker colors in weather appropriate clothing.

Caslon Sneakers

I just discovered these sneakers are on sale at Nordstrom for a little less than I paid for them during their sale in July! It looks like they are selling out fast, and I understand why. I love these sneakers – so comfy. I will be wearing them with my jeans this fall.

Nordstrom has a deal going on this weekend that if you spend up to a certain amount you will get anywhere from $30 to $100 in Nordstrom Notes. You do have to be a member of the Nordy Club to earn the bonus coupons.

Next, I noticed Macy’s has brought back this great poncho.
