After going on a search recently for eyeshadow, I have finally found one I really love. I wanted to share that today with you as well as some other good eye makeup products I have been wearing for years.
L’Oréal Paris La Palette Nude 2 / Maybelline Great Lash Mascara / Almay Eyeliner Pencil
I love the L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche La Palette Nude 2 eyeshadow. It is made up of shades of brown and purple which complement my eye color. The color also staying power and doesn’t start to crease as soon as some others I’ve tried have. There are more than enough colors to combine different ways for different looks. I had always covered my eyelid in a medium shade, put a light shade across the brow bone, and lined the crease of my eye with a dark shade. After looking up ways to apply eyeshadow, that has changed. I now apply a lighter shade across my brow bone and on the inner half of my eyelid. I put a darker shade on the outer half of my eyelid and apply a darker shade lining just above the crease of my eyelid. I apply and blend the eye color with a brush. This has really opened up my eyes and made them look bigger. L’Oréal also has Colour Riche La Palette Nude 1 which is more of a classic nude palette.
I line my eyes with Almay Intense I-Color Eyeliner. My eyes are sensitive like my skin, and this eyeliner is very gentle to my eyes. I wear the Raisin Quartz color and the Purple Amethyst color.
The mascara I have used for years and always seem to come back to after tying something new is Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in Blackest Black or Very Black. It is one of the best at leaving no clumps on your lashes. I gently curl my lashes with this Revlon Eyelash Curler to get a wide-eyed effect.
