The navy and white outfit formula is a timeless style that works for a reason. Navy and white create a high contrast harmony that most everyone can wear. The same could be said for black and white too. These classic colors work for most any outfit in any setting.

Today, I’m pairing a modern wedge navy tee with white chino shorts. This outfit blends crisp sophistication with relaxed charm for summer.

I’m always looking for a great quality tee that is also budget friendly. This Loft Modern Wedge tee is no exception. Plus, I was also missing having a navy top in my closet that I could easily throw on with white pants or jeans. I love this classic color pairing for summer.
Be aware that this tee runs slightly big. I’m wearing a petite large with room to spare.
This tee comes in other great colors too. However, you find the most color selection in regular sizes. I would most certainly consider sizing down if I ordered it in regular sizing.

Next, I bought these Monroe Chino shorts last summer. They are a great closet staple. I’m sure I bought them in regular sizing instead of petite. I don’t like my shorts (or really anything else) too tight, especially in warm weather.
Plus, I prefer shorts that are a little longer in length. So, it’s safe to assume that any shorts I may wear are in regular sizing unlike most of my pants. And these shorts are a great length!

I really wish I could still link these Dolce Vita sandals. They go with everything and are so comfortable! I will continue to wear these throughout the summer but need to add some other great summer sandal choices to my closet that are fully in stock. Meanwhile, I did see these pretty woven slides for something similar.

Dressed in Faith
Have you ever felt judged whether you made a mistake or not? It’s a terrible feeling. It can bring up feelings of guilt and shame over past mistakes and who you are. However, we can be comforted by knowing that Christ came to save us not condemn us. He carried our guilt, shame, and condemnation to the cross. He advocates for those who put their trust in Him.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
John 3:17
